🔭 1. Vision for the role

VIVLA’s SDRs are at the forefront of our growth strategy. An SDR (Sales Development Representative) will play a pivotal role in accelerating our customer base, driving revenue, and establishing a strong market presence. The primary focus will be on inbound lead qualification and prioritization, leveraging smart strategies to optimize our sales outreach.

🚀 2. Key Mission

  • Efficiently handle inbound leads generated by Marketing, employing strategic methods to prioritize and qualify potential clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance lead scoring models, ensuring that pre-qualification messages aid in identifying the most promising leads.
  • Conduct in-depth qualification calls, understanding client needs and priorities to determine the readiness for sales engagement.
  • Optimize lead prioritization, assisting in the refinement of scoring mechanisms to streamline the handover of qualified leads to the Sales team.

💪 3. Role Responsibilities

  • Lead Prioritization (20%):Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead scoring models based on insights from qualification calls.
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess and improve lead prioritization strategies.
  • In-depth Qualification (70%):Conduct detailed qualification calls with inbound leads, gathering crucial information to assess their fit for VIVLA’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Process Enhancement (10%):Continuously refine and optimize the inbound lead qualification process.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on the effectiveness of pre-qualification messages and lead scoring models.

📜 4. Requirements

  • It is essential to be able to sign a collaboration agreement with the university and/or school.
  • Available for 6 month full time
  • Excited to work in a Startup.
  • Analytical thinking and skills.
  • Excellent communication in Spanish and English.
  • Dilligence and organization skills.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with VIVLA’s industry or related sectors.
  • Previous experience in collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams for lead optimization.
